The journey of someone who lives what he teaches.
Rafael Bett is not an ordinary real estate agent. He is an entrepreneur who walked the same path he now shows other Brazilians.
His story combines vision, courage and consistency: The process is 100% guided, step by step, with a team specialized in wealth internationalization.
- 2004-2009: Joined the Business Administration program, where he stood out by founding and chairing the institution’s first Junior Enterprise. His work played a key role in the school achieving an A grade from Brazil’s Ministry of Education (MEC), while also giving students the opportunity to begin their professional journey, whether through entrepreneurship or their first job in the field.
- 2009: Rafael founded his first business consulting firm in Florianópolis while working with Sebrae and Acif’s Entrepreneurship Project, contributing to the development of organized sectors of the economy. During this period, he gained extensive experience, expanded his network, and earned recognition in the industry.

- 2016: During another trip to the United States, he got married in California (9 years married in 2025), and began exploring the possibility of permanently moving to the country. He kept traveling back and forth, taking courses and putting them into practice in Brazil and the United States.

* Home construction
* Flipping houses *
* Identifying opportunities for Brazilian investors. - 2020-2021: Began the legal immigration process to the United States, based on his expertise and knowledge bridging Brazil and the US, combining management, business, real estate, and investments. He continued working in the Brazilian real estate industry, even amid the pandemic, acquiring more properties, building, renovating, and selling, helping to grow businesses.
- 2022 – 2023: His immigration process was approved quickly, and he began his move to the United States, where he was able to obtain his Realtor license, was recognized with awards on the real estate team where he is registered as a Business Developer, and was featured at the Conexão Miami event, where he shared his experience as a developer, also beginning to take part in talks and business events.

With this, he built his own construction team with important partners and stakeholders in the industry.
